Privacy policy

Cited is me, Daniel, based in Sydney, Australia. This page explains what I collect through this website and what I do with it.

What I collect

If you send an enquiry: the details you type into the form. Your name, business name, email, phone if you give it, and your message.

If you make an account for the free tools: your email address, plus a record of when you gave it, which page asked, and the IP address the request came from. That last part is a consent record, kept because under the Spam Act the burden of proving consent falls on me. Nothing is ever sent to an address until it is confirmed by clicking a link from that inbox.

If you use the free tools: a randomly generated id is stored in your browser so the steps you take before and after signing up can be joined together. I record which tools were opened and, where a tool produces a figure, that figure. The numbers you type into the calculators stay in your browser and are not sent anywhere; only the resulting total travels with a signup, so I know what problem brought you here.

Everything the tools themselves save is stored in your own browser only. The quote tracker, the consent register, the review counts and the profile snapshots never leave your device. Clearing your browser data deletes them and I cannot recover them, because I never had them.

There are no advertising trackers, no analytics pixels, and no third-party cookies on this site.

Client systems

When I build a system for a client, the customer data that system handles belongs to the client and stays in the client's own accounts. How each system handles data is spelled out in that client's written plan.

Your rights

You can ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Use the enquiry form and I will action it. Every email I send carries a one-click unsubscribe, and using it removes you from the list immediately.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version goes here with the date it took effect. This version: 15 September 2026.
