Terms
Plain English. If anything here is unclear, ask before you pay.
Who you are dealing with
Cited is Daniel, a sole trader in Sydney, Australia. There is no company behind it and no team. You deal with me directly.
Quotes
Every job is quoted in writing before anything is built. The quote names the system, what it connects to, and the number. A quote holds for 30 days. If the scope changes you get a new quote before I carry on, never an invoice you did not expect.
Payment
Half up front, half when it goes live. Under $400 total, the whole amount up front to keep the admin down. Running and tuning is billed monthly and you can stop it any month, with no notice period.
What you own
When the final payment clears, the system is yours. It runs in your accounts, on your numbers, with your data. If we stop working together nothing switches off, and I hand over whatever you need to keep it running. I keep the right to describe the work in general terms unless you ask me not to.
What I need from you
Access to the accounts the system connects to, and answers when I ask. A job stalls while I wait on those, and a long stall may mean the quote needs revisiting.
If something goes wrong
If a system I built breaks, I fix it. If it cannot be made to work as quoted, you get that part of the money back. Tell me first and give me a fair chance to fix it.
What I do not promise
I do not promise rankings, leads, revenue, or a position in any AI answer. Those depend on things neither of us controls. What I promise is that the system does what the quote says it does. Every number on this site is measured and sourced, and I will show you the working.
Third-party services
Systems connect to services you already pay for, and to phone, calendar, email and payment providers. Their terms and their outages are theirs, not mine. I tell you what a system depends on before it is built.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to services supplied with due care and skill, fit for the purpose agreed, and delivered in a reasonable time. Those guarantees cannot be excluded, and nothing on this page tries to.
Ending it
You can stop a monthly plan any month. If you cancel a build partway, you pay for what has been done and keep the written plan. I can decline or stop work if a job turns out to be something I cannot do honestly, and you get back anything paid for work not delivered.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version goes here with the date. The terms that apply to your job are the ones in force when you accepted the quote. This version: 20 September 2026.
